SUB CHALLENGE 1

Shortest Distance to 1288m (Elevation)

Open to Trail Running participants only*

Participant that take the shortest distance from the starting point to reach the elevation of 1288m and stop exactly at the given elevation will be declared as the challenge winner based on the leader board.

Mode: Trail Run/ Hike

Location: Mountain / Hill / Trail

How to participate:

  1. Trail run / Hike to gain 1288m of elevation with shortest distance covered.
  2. Share a photo of yourself after the activity on Instagram, tag @kailas.my and use hashtags #kailas #corosvirtualrun2022

Terms and Conditions

  • Runners are required to Follow “COROS MALAYSIA OFFICIAL RUNNING CLUB” on STRAVA.
  • Runners are required to perform this virtual challenge with honesty.
  • Taking a car, motor bike, bicycle, elevator, escalator and any other means of transportation for uphill or downhill, apart from by foot, will not be allowed.
  • Do not stop your watch between your activities. Time recording for distance will be based on Total Time / Elapse Time. You are required to record the entire duration of your activity including your resting time.
  • Those found cheating will be disqualified from winning.
  • Top runner from the leader board will be selected as the winner.
  • In case of a tie, winner will  then be selected based on who take the fastest time to reach to the given elevation.
  • COROS Malaysia reserves the rights to make changes to the terms & conditions without prior notice.
  • COROS Malaysia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to select the winner and such decision shall be final and conclusive.
  • Only participant that fulfil the mechanics stated above shall be eligible to win.

SUB CHALLENGE 2

 “ Famous Landmarks with COROS Malaysia Photo Contest”

All COROS User that have registered  for the virtual run are welcomed to share a photo of yourself at  any  famous landmark anywhere in  Malaysia and submit it to this contest by 25th May 2022.

 How to participate:

  1. Follow @COROSMalaysia Instagram.
  2. Selfie or take a photo of yourself at any famous landmark around Malaysia after you have finished your COROS Virtual Run 2022.
  3. Share that photo with COROS watermark on Instagram.
  4. Tag @COROSMalaysia and include #corosmalaysia and #corosvirtualrun2022

Terms & Conditions

  • Open to COROS Users who have registered for COROS Virtual Run 2022 residing in Malaysia only.
  • Only one entry per participant can win.
  • Entry must be submitted before the last day of the contest by 23:59.
  • Only entry within the challenge period is accepted.
  • Winner will receive a set of COROS Official Merchandise (COROS Technical Tee x2, COROS Mesh Cap & Umbrella) worth RM500.
  • COROS Malaysia reserves the rights to make changes to the terms & conditions without prior notice.
  • COROS Malaysia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to select the winner and such decision shall be final and conclusive.
